It’s good to be back!
My garden is smiling in flowers. I spent much of yesterday weeding, trimming, tilling, but today the rain here at Ocean Shores has kept me indoors. I tried to do some work outside and got drenched and chilled, so I gave up. There was just a slight let up in the rain and I took these welcome-back garden shots:
Tulips
Their bloom span is so short, so you really have to love and admire them while they are in bloom!
Lilacs
Japanese maple leaves
Rhododendrons! They thrive here and are deer proof.
The rock garden ( a bit overgrown, but I will leave it that way because it seems happy)
